The Cauthen Law Firm was established in Blythewood, South Carolina in March 2007. Our only goal is to provide you with efficient, yet effective, legal services.

Katie Cauthen built her career and reputation in the courtroom. She represents a variety of clients in courts throughout the southeastern United States. Katie is known as a fierce advocate but also an effective negotiator. It will never be said that Katie was afraid of the fight.

Katie Cauthen is licensed to practice in all municipal, county, state and federal courts in South Carolina. She is also admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth and Eleventh Circuits as well as the United States Supreme Court.

Katie is honored and proud to be involved in the Blythewood community. She was elected to serve as a member of the Blythewood Town Council through 2012, and previously held the position of Chairman of the Blythewood Board of Zoning Appeals. She is also a member of the Blythewood Rotary Club. Katie previously served for three years as the Chairman of the South Carolina Bar's Convention Committee and currently serves on the South Carolina Bar Fee Disputes Resolution Board. She is also an advisor for the Eta Gamma Chapter of Chi Omega at USC.
